The member here known as Viper139 is the owner of Heartfelt... I use his 65% RH beads in my cooler... I would recommend using Vipers beads as 65% is better for cigar storage (IMO) and Viper offers 60%, 65% and 70% beads, and he has excellent customer service.

I have ordered from him twice, both times on a Friday afternoon. Got the shipment Monday. Plus he has mesh bags to put em in, which although not necessary, makes risk of spilling them zilch. I have spilled some once, and they bounce like you would not believe.
