Question on this humidor

I am wondering if anyone owns one of these. If so, how is the seal? It says on the website that it will hold 300 sticks, will it hold at least 200 in the real world?

Thanks for reading.

I'm just going to guess it's not going to hold more than 150...

while i agree, it is a nice humidor.. i dont think it is worth the $$$, from a storage standpoint.. I think there are equally as nice humidors out there, that may store more, and cost less...

I think it's a nice looking humi -- fisherman's tackle box style! I would guess 200 -250. No idea on the seal.

I have a coolerdor to stash most of my smokes. But I do want to have a humi that I can have as a nice display piece. And I am looking at one with glass so that I don't have to open the humi everytime I want to look at my cigars, which is pretty much like every 10 minutes or so..

I think I just found this one for $139...

Very nice looking. I like the way the trays fold out, but there doesn't appear to be much storage space. Depending upon the size of cigars, I'd guess 150 would max it out.

Re: Question on this humidor

cheap humidors says approx 300, so I'd imagine 150-200, I was considering the exact same humi bro! looks very A-teamy to me, with all the fold out parts!

That look like something I'd carry my oil and watercolor paints and paint brushes in from back in college!

Yeah, that's where I found it for $139.99.

There's a 500 count end table humi right now at the devil site. Closes at midnight tonight and is currently at $141. It's a scratch and dent. Is that worth at least $200?

Re: Question on this humidor

I own this humidor, a gift from the Missus. She bought it at cheap humidors, just like where you are looking.

Yeah, I'd say about 150-200. I have a lot of larger smokes, and I think I'm towards the bottom end of this. If you are a huge petit corona, you could get more in there, of course.

#1 complaint: I wish that the drawers were a little taller. If they were just a wee bit more, then it would hold more as I could stack some 50-52 ring gauge sizes better. I've got a lot of toros...

Seal has been nice. Got myself a 4 oz tube of beads from heartfelt and it has been all good. Ditching those foam things it comes with will get you a bit more room for smokables!

Re: Question on this humidor

Thanks for the input. I may need another humi soon, my 100 count (actually holds around 70-80 is completely full as is my tupperdoor.

How about this one MSAD1217?

http://www.cigarmony.com/store/produ...roducts_id=289

It's a MONSTER and people who bought it, LOVE IT

It's 3317 cu. in. (1.92 cu ft) vs the one you're looking at which has 2210 cu. in. (1.27 cu. ft.) for about the same price.

Hope this helps

Mark,

While I love that humi. It is not really what I am looking for. I am looking for something that is more aesthetically pleasing. My major storage is a cooler, I am looking for a humi that could possibly hold 150-200 corona sticks, and one that could also be a good display piece. You know what I mean?
