where to get beads by the 1/2 or full pound?

IMHO,the way I read your posts, you are bad mouthing him saying "he left town"; "you got burned"; "maybe he should use another shipper". Come on man...he either went on a vacation, or a family matter came up. Thats still no reason get all riled up about it and bad mouth him here, a call or a PM would suffice, or maybe you've never had the post office lose a package; that's still no need to bring it out here.......just my

i can vouch for heartfelt, i got my order no prob.
However, i don't think he was bad mouthing him. His first post makes no mention of why he didn't want to order from heartfelt. I am sure viper will make it up to you, but if you feel strongly against that I vote for cigarmony as well.

actually, using ****** is a plus for you-they almost always side w/the buyer-but b4 ya get your panties in a twist, why don't ya give the guy a chance to get back in town?-if he already tried to send out another package to ya, that should speak for his character (if all the recommendations from gorillas ain't enough for you)-mellow out man-sit back, smoke a good stogie, enjoy life-if ya need humidification desperately, put a new sponge in a cassette case w/holes in it

thanks, but that won't be necessary. i've read nothing but good reviews from the various cigar boards about him, that's why i ordered through him in the first place. i'm just a bit unnerved over this because of just that, if you were in my shoes wouldn't you be too?

Not really, no. Things happen. I've had USPS lose 3 packages at least, in the last year, return 2 to sender for no reason, and UPS more or less destroyed the last package I received (thankfully, it was a motorcycle shock, and almost unbreakable), but the shock was sticking out of the box at both ends.

From what you told us, he's evidently sent you PMs stating that he sent a replacement before he was even positive the first had been lost. That speaks pretty strongly to me. I've made several orders from Dave and never had a single issue.

I took your posts as badmouthing him too, which irked me a little bit, but whatever. You hardly got burned, he will make it right, guaranteed. So chill out and smoke something.

No. But only because after a couple of years on the boards, and dealing with Viper for most of those, yours is the first complaint I have ever read or heard of.

I didn't make the offer just to be nice, I made it because I know that is how David would handle this if he were available. That's just the way he does business.

But the offer stands, if you need the humidification that badly though, I would heed the advice of Illuminatus above post haste.

I've ordered from heartfelt before, I've sent Dave e-mail's with questions and he's called me back on his dime. I think most that have dealt with Dave will tell you he's a straight up guy, things still happen sometimes we all understand, it just doesn't usually help that person who felt they got shorted.

I predict you'll be posting a post very soon telling how Dave has handled this to you satisfaction. Lets hope...
