where to get beads by the 1/2 or full pound?

First thing is you will NOT lose any money when you deal with me I will promptly refund and an all monies spent on my website if that is what you want.

The package I sent to you was returned due to an incomplete address, the unit number in your address was missing. The best I can fuigure is the postage system I use did not transfer the unit number correctly since you did supply it to me. I sent out the replacement package prior to my actually leaving town as I promised as i was working to clear up paperwork on the 12th. This package also did not get to you and I have no idea why. I sent a third package as soon as you let me know the second one did not arrive as well and you did receive the package ultimately. I do apologize for the error in the mailing address I will have to take responsibility for that.

in hindsight, i should not have listed my reasons for wanting to find a different retailer. it should have remained between both you and me. i did not know you were leaving town on a certain date and when i found out, i didn't think clearly. for that, i apologize.

mistakes are made by everybody, especially when running a business and having multiple orders.

my package did arrive to me promptly once the address mixup was cleared and no money was lost on my end.

many online retailers probably would not have gone through multiple mailings and would have said "tough shit."

now, from firsthand experience, i realize you're a great vendor with top notch service.

yay! Both Viper and Mark are top notch men, no worries with either. You're usually not gonna have problems, they're both men of integrity from what I've seen and to add to it they know word travels quick on der interweb.
