i needed them somewhat quickly when i ordered them from heartfelt on the 31st of jan. neither the original shipment nor the replacement shipment that i was told would be shipped out on monday the 12th have arrived. later, i learned that the owner? left town on the 11th. go figure.

i figure i'm screwed out of the 20-odd dollars i paid in the first place from them, good luck getting it back from ******.

Don't fret, Viper should take care of it when he returns. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation (although maybe it's the PO). From what I've seen, he's been a stand up guy.

sorry you had to wait as well, but definitely don't lose faith in Viper, he will be really upset when he gets back and you tell him the situation, and I guarantee he will make and right and then some.

i know he's a member on here, we've exchanged PM's on here. it was in those PMs where he said he'd be shipping a replacement package out (in case the first one got lost) on the 12th.

it was on another site that i learned he left town on the 11th.

what is one to think? i think it'd be better for the both of us if the business between us ceased. i got burned, but not badly. i can live with a ~$20 loss. if he did in fact send a total of two packages out, neither of which i've received, then there's something seriously wrong with the mail system and should stop sending them this way to cut his losses from expenses incurred by sending a free replacement.

i'm not trying to badmouth the guy, i just want this done with. if that means having to order from someone else, so be it.

Sorry to hear you had trouble with Heartfelt. Dealing with Dave on several occasions, I'm sure if you would like a refund he will take care of it when he returns (I think I read he will be back next week).

I've never ordered from Dave, but I've no doubt he will make good on it. From all I have seen he is top notch, and too many Gorilla's can't be wrong. I will second Mark @ cigarmony since I have in fact ordered from him, and he is also a top notch retailer with A+ service.
