Buy those little screws in cigar cutters?
You know those tiny little screws that hold together cheap-to-medium quality cigar cutters? They're typically brass machine screws with a matching tapped cylinder sort of receptacle that acts in place of a nut. What are those called and does anyone sell them? Screws that small shouldn't be made out of brass...

try a hardware store, home depot or lowes-if it's a cheapo cutter though, might just be easier to buy a new one
