ACU-RITE Hygrometers

Is anybody else using these? I picked up 3 from WalMart, they are about $15 each. I've been using them in my coolers and tupperdor for a while and never salt tested them. Well since I had the day off yesterday I decided to test them and what do you know one was 72, one was 73, and one was at 74, so they seem pretty accurate and cheap.

They work pretty good. I use the Western Calibur II and the Radio shack units. They work good too.

Re: ACU-RITE Hygrometers

My Wal-Mart doesn't stock em

They had plenty of thermometers & rain gauges, but no hygrometers. Look in the area with the thermometers.

Re: ACU-RITE Hygrometers

Found em in Coffeyville, Ks. today & bought one. If it works ok, it will be a good deal. I have it in my fridgador with one from Radio Shack. It is reading 67% right now while the RS one is reading 70%. We'll see how close they jibe by morning.
