They should be fine to put back into your main humidor after keeping them seperated for a bit and letting them dry out some.

One other site said that it was best to clean the inside of the humidor with a towel wetted with distilled water only. No peroxide, soap or anything, I'm sure this varies amongst different smoker's experience but I don't want to take any chances when it comes to my puros you know what I mean?
