Looking for a humidor

I'm in need of expanding, I am looking for a good 100 - 200 capacity humidor. Currently using tupperware for my overflow situation. I have looked at some posts talking about a cooler as a container, how effective is this.

And yes I know that if I smoked more cigars I wouldn't have this problem.

Thanks,

Al

Re: Looking for a humidor

a cooler is very effective & a hella lot cheaper-use the search function at the top right of the page, type in cooler or cooledor & you'll find more info than ya need-as far as actual humis go, check scratch & dent specials from various websites

I see you live in Michigan, so check it out:

With MI weather the way it is, having all 4 seasons, I would recommend just go ahead and do a wine fridgerdor. It keeps your cigars in more of a steady environment in terms of temp and humidity. You can search around CS for ideas, or feel free to PM me and I will be glad to help.

Re: Looking for a humidor

dont worry about the kind of humidor so much, but instead the size.

you will regret spending any decent amount of money on a silly little 100-200ct humi.

shoot for as big as you can afford, and usually that means a cooler!
