Aristocrat Shelf Help Needed

I have an Aristocrat humidor and have a hell of time with the sliding top shelf. It has never slid out well and I tried to lube it some. I would like to take it out and try lubing it, but can't figure how to get it out. It thought there we two levers in the back to slide the shelf out, but tried it to no avail. The shelf is so tight, the the frame bends when I try to extend it all the way. I guess I could call Bob, but would throw it out here first.

Any suggestions or tips?

so you're trying to take the shelf all the way off?
i just looked at mine without taking it off and think this will do it...
slide shelf as far out as it goes.
look on the outer edges of the shelf, closer to the front than the back, where the first sliding piece meets the piece that's actually attached to the shelf.
there should be a small plastic "stick" sticking out, pointing toward you.
gently press this up or down, then pull on the shelf.

Or, make it easy on yourself and just call Bob.

It could be an easy adjustment that needs to be made without a lot of fuss.

Ya, I think if I take the shelf out, I can really grease the rails so it slides correct. My friend has the same model as mine and his works as it should. My shelf rails have been a lemon since I got the humidor.
