Hydra Review purchased from bargain humidors

UPDATE!!!!!! BARGAIN HUMIDORS CAME THROUGH IN THE END...

So I go back and forth by email with a very polite gentleman named Nik from Bargain Humidors about my "issue" with my broken Hydra....

In the end, this rep came through hard core. He apologized for any problems with the unit, and advised that most people are very satisfied with the Hydra. He reported that the Hydra was currently out of stock in his warehouse, but he did not want me to be without one until they come in at the end of the month.

So Nik shipped me his own unit from his office as a standby!!!! He put a call back tag in the box for the free return of my broken unit, and will be shipping me out a new unit as soon as they come in stock.

NOW THAT'S SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

In my opinion, Nik from Bargain Humidors is a top notch guy, and I'd buy from them again with the new confidence instilled in me by this contact.
