I think I've seen this show on TV "Pimp my Ride". Now you got "Pimp my Humidor". Nice work and thanks for the tips. What did you pay for the caddies and supplies in total?

Cigarmony sells the 18-ct cigar caddy for 39.95 and the puck for 14.99 plus shipping (use the cs2008 discount code for 5% off).

The trays cost 3.99 each from Ron at cigarsolutions. We are attempting a group buy right now so if we get enough people that could be less.

So about 65 plus shipping costs.

I bought my caddies on eBay but didn't get them an cheaper really.

The cigar stands work well. Just an FYI, check your B/M I bought a box of Gran Habanos and there were about five in the bottom of the box. if your B/M carries Gran Habanos they may have a few.

The trays from Cigar Solutions are to thick I can only put one in my travel case. I had found some thinner trays (economy ) but cannot find them anymore online. Can anyone kindly provide a link if you have run across a thinner tray.

we do have thinner trays, but they are not as sturdy as the thicker trays.

I have several sizes of the caddy and use them. I was wondering why replace the foam. I looked the source up and can see that the foam is much less floppy and looks pretty solid. Which is what we want.
I'll be looking into the foam plates.

How many foam shelves would I need for each one?

the 10 cigar caddy will hold 2 of the improved foam trays. the 15 caddy will hold 3. I have combo specials on the caddies with the better trays. you will save some $

I just ordered the 15ct one. How does it hold 15 cigars when you get 3 trays with 3 slots?

The improved trays lower the count to 9. It keeps the last one from rolling around and getting damaged though.

If you use the 18 count caddy then you can actually get 24 in that one with the new trays.
