Lol,,,dead on right. I have bought far too many colibris and ended up pitching them after sending them to the company to fix it and then only to have it crap out again with a few months. I'll take a Ronson lighter any day of the week as they perform longer, the single jet flame is more than enough to light a cigar without welding it with 2 or three flames.

Re: Colibri Firebird = Piece of Junk

I thought I had a Firebird, but it's not. Maybe. I got a Synchro free with a CI order. It has a stencil on the bottom by the fill port that actually says it's a Firebird. Anyone know for sure? Anyway, I've only had it for a couple of weeks, and I don't know how long it will last, but so far it lights up like a damned blowtorch. The inner cone is about an inch, and the outer cone goes another 1 1/2" past that. Lights up a cigar like a mother. It might die on me tomorrow, but for now it totally kicks butt. I put Colibri fuel in it, since that's what the B&M had.

I got it the other day from cheaphumidors.com.

I ordered a Xikar from cigarsinternational.com and it works every time!
i dont know if this has it but if it has a side roller striker it needs to be pushed up itll work took me about 2 months to figure mine out
