It's impossible. The fallout diminishes over time. Mine have pretty much completely stopped leaking after about 6 months.

I use a great big stainless kettle and eight or ten 2 gallon rubbermaid bowls. I wait until it's nice and windy out and pour the beads slowly from over my head into the rubbermaid bowls. I keep doing it until I'm exhausted. More than once a neighbor has said "What the hell are you doing???" ![]() It gets a lot of the dust out, but not all of it. I've often wondered if it was best to suggest that guys disturb the bags less or disturb them more so that it gets over with quicker. What I can tell you for certain is that it's worn me down to where I don't even see the beads anymore. ![]()
