Vector Lighters

Have used any number of lighters over the years.I prefer a single flame torch. For the most part will light any cigar with a minumum of fuss. The double and triple flames seem redundant and burn fuel at a prodigious rate.Anyway the best lighter I have encountered at a very reasonable price is the Vector.Very smooth action and lights first time, every time.I burn el cheapo Ronson fuel in it with absolutely no issues. Is warrantied for 5 years. Was told is manufactured by factory that manufactures Lotus. My particular model is a Stratos and cost about $20 bucks.Would recommend without hesitation.FrankB

Re: Vector Lighters

I have Vector and Lotus table top lighters. They look to be made by the same people. They hold a ton of fuel and light up every time. I've had no problems with either lighter.

My only complaint is not fuel window.

Re: Vector Lighters

I have had Vector lighters in the past and they have always been a good lighter. I usually would lose them before having problems. I love their fuel as well. I agree in principal that 3 jets burn fuel quicker and thus can burn the foot even quicker which is a no no. The whole idea is to let the heat from the torch 'toast' the end of the cigar so that you don't burn it so quickly that you end up tasting burnt tobacco as you draw on your cigar. I have been using the Ronson ligher lately and swear by this. It is a one jet ligher that holds quite a bit of fuel and it works first time every time and for $5 it is an amazing lighter.
