Imperfect Footlocker + cedar trays, and a question.

I am done with this company. The last email they sent me (today) finally mentioned the option of a return. A little late since I already put on the brass name plate. Plus I don't feel like eating the shipping costs (they don't cover) for this massive thing. Well, so much for that. May a gang of howling hermaphrodites descend upon the company. In all seriousness, as disappointed as I am, I will probably end up doing business with them again because of their prices and it seems that my experience (I hope) is an isolated one. But if this does happen again I will not hesitate to do a chargeback on my card.

I woudl link them to this thread.. because i can guarantee i will NOT do business with them...

Whenever i have a problem with a product from a cigar company they always OFFFER to make it up to me.. and if a return is involved they send me a label that will ship it back at their expense....


Go with tampa humidor. they are great...

Also, i have never had a problem with JR or Thompson (yeah i know, the "nike" of the industry sellers)... but their customer service is amazing...


BTW, Cbids customer service was top notch as well!!
