They are great. Although the first post was correct. They seem to hold at 65% not 70% which is fine with me as this seems to work for me. After everything stabilized out I have to add water about every 15-20 days. They seem to re stabilize very quickly after opening the cooler. I would suggest them.

If you have any other questons drop me a PM. I don't care to discuss it a lot on the forums, as there is are a couple great BOTLs on here who sale a competing product. The last thing I wanna do anything to cut into their revenue.

I agree about prefering to buy from BOTL's. I split my purchases between Heartfelt and Cigarmony. Both give great customer service and are BOTL's
