High praise for Palio

[Fellow BOTL'S, a few weeks ago a wrote on this forum about problems that had arisen with my 2nd generation cutter.I have continued to use it since then and it continues to do a good job.Imagine my surprise when my wife,after a trip to the mailbox,walked back into the house and dropped a small package in my lap.I opened it and there was a brand new Palio cutter.Completely unexpected and a very nice surprise.Really high fives to Palio for their stellar committment to customer satisfaction.Thanks Marc and the rest of the staff at Palio.Consider me a life long customer and advocate for your fine product.FrankBB][/B]

Once I got my Pailio that was it for me, never even considered buying another cutter! My Palio cuts clean and razor sharp, looks damn cool, and doubles as a place to rest my stick.

By the way... we told ya so! Glad to hear everything worked out.

That and my Xikar Wolf V-Cutter are the only cutters I use anymore.

Just receiced my carbonfibre Palio from Heartfelt, just have to wait for my sinus infection to go away so I can put it to a real test. Atleast it feels really assuring.

Cut my first cigar with my new Palio and worked like magic. Xikar has been doing nice work so far, but it has nothing on Palio. Really got to love the ease and quality of the cut. Excellent.

Finally the palio praising is back on track, 3 years ago when this was Club stogie, I was introduced to the greatness of Palio, so infatuated I unnecessarily purchased 2, needless to say I haven't needed to touch the 2nd ever. but then it seemed the praise shifted to xikar and other brands such as wolf. and now we are back where it belongs Palio is the clear winner IMHO xikar and wolf are 2nd and 3rd.
