Wal-Mart Acurite wireless hygro/temp

I went to all of the Radio Shacks and not one had a single wireless hygro/temp. I decided to try out this one from wal-mart. I took the cover off the remote and enlarged the holes before I even tried it. Started it off with the salt test. Surprise!! 75% after 24 hours. Temp was right on also. I have 65% beads in both my humis. Put the remote into my large humi and after 10 minutes......THATS RIGHT [SIZE=3]10 MINUTES. [/SIZE][SIZE=2]It was at 66 %. I have had this setup for a month now and it works perfectly. I got this setup for about $18 dollars I believe. Hope this helps.[/SIZE]

What section of Wal-Mart did you find it in?

Atleast at the store near me they are near the paint section... Don't forget to look for a Ronson while you are there!

Also noticed that home depot had some. They were "The Weather Channel" brand, for about $30. I have always heard good stuff about that brands weather stuff (Temp,Hygro)

They had them at the local walleymart by me near the fire & co alarms. All sold out, though when I was there.
