Robert from Bucanero goes above and beyond.
I had picked up 4 Clasico Maduos from a b&m and had a very bad experience do to the way they were stored at the b&m. I posted about it and said I would have to pick up a few more so I could post a review of his sticks. Well Robert decided to send me three new CMs to try out. I just received a package from robert. Along with the three clasico maduros not sure of sizes but the look to be a robusto, a belicoso classico, and a catalina he said he was sending, he also sent a canon cubano. they all look and smell amazing and I can't wait to fire one up. They came signature required from UPS I believe (who looks at uniforms when the package contains cigars) and they they were packed with a water pillow. Outstanding service, I'm quite sure I will be ordering from them again.

When I saw Robert first post here, I mentioned that this place just got even classier. He is a true gentlemen and one of the most enjoyable people to talk to that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with.
His handling of this in an 'above and beyond' manner is just his way. He makes remarkably good cigars and is all about taking care of his customers, and then some. Enjoy those smokes! I look forward to your reviews! |

Now that is the mark of a great company. If the president/owner takes customer service to be Job #1, you know you have a company that you want to deal with and spend your hard earned $$ with over and over again. Well done Robert and Bucanero!
