Can you supply the real dimensions of this cigar?

the 2 sizes produced in 1996 were:
Robustos Especials - 50x192(7.6 inches)
Aniversario 30 - 43x170(6.7 inches)

The extreme limited quantity makes it seem a little too good to be true... but, SMOKE IT anyway!

Greg - If the original was 7.6" and yours is just a bit over 7" then it is without a doubt a counterfeit. Now if you meant to say it's a tad over 7 1/2" we're right back to where we started.

Either way, I feel the same way about specialty cigars as I do about specialty cars. Cars were made to drive and cigars were made to smoke. You already have the pictures, so light it up and enjoy it.

the band doesn't match to what is shown in the CA link you provided... but does it really matter? I once smoked a fake HDM double corona, and it was outstanding... go figure. And if you find that it is real, does that really matter either? As long as you enjoy it, thats all that matters.

By the "rule book" it's a fake, but that is not the last word. I have had what I believed to be fakes that were fine, and in one instance better than fine. Mostly they have been crap, though. But remember what this is. It's a cigar, after all, and the proof of the rolling is in the smoking. But I see that you are hesitant to smoke it, so I am willing to volunteer to smoke it for you. That way you can tell your friend that you never smoked it, and let him draw his own conclusion that you are saving it.
