Well, I don't know. I've obviously have never seen one, but the first thing that struck me was the fact that the distance of the dots on the band from the top edge are different where the band overlaps. It also looks like the band is a different width where they come together. I think this would be highly unlikely for a cigar of this caliber by Cohiba. And also notice that the band is either cut or applied crooked. Not sure about the "triple cap" either. Do you see any stems in the foot?

No stems visible, like I said the cigar looks great. Kinda hate to smoke it if it is the real deal. The band is off slightly, but keep in mind that the picture is extreme close-up.
I know one thing for sure, It is a real cigar
