gotta love them Gurkhas!!!
after a few days of smoking my "everyday" go to's (Flor de Oliva, 5 Vegas Gold, etc), i decided i needed to give the ol' palate a treat and had a Gurkha Grand Reserve. this cigar was soooooo good and as you can see from the last pic, i didnt want to put it down. the construction was flawless with nice white billowy smoke, the draw impeccable and the flavor throughout gave hints of nuts, a little leather and some citrus. i loved it!
i didnt find out til later that its recommended to let them breath for about 10 minutes after the seal is broken on the tube before you light up. maybe it wouldve been just that much better. oh well, there's always next time!!!
