I'd mentioned that I wanted to buy some hygrometers off eBay, but couldn't because they wouldn't ship to my address, so Mike offered to help me buy them and ship them to me. I got them today, and he managed to sneak an extra fiver into the box as well!

The cigars look delicious, especially that LGC Reserva Figurado. The hygrometers are salt testing right now, too, but they're reading temps and humidities pretty close together, so I'm sure they're fine. Thanks a lot! I know you've been pretty busy recently, especially with your baby coming along, so thanks for finding some time to get this package out! You're one hell of a statesman!

very nice I have those same hydromeders you shouldnt have to salt test them there probably right on thats whats so good about digital. How much did you end up paying for them?

Don't know what they paid for them, but after a thread a couple weeks ago re: these, I checked out ebay and picked up a few at around $9 each. The seller was only charging an additional dollar for shipping costs for each additional hydrometer, so I added a couple extras. Seems you can never have too many of these. When we first started out, I picked up two at PetSmart at $19.99 a pop.

patefengreen: that was probably the thread I started. I got these from the same auction, $9.99 each, $1.99 shipping + $1.29 additional shipping for each extra.

One seems to be a bit high, reading at 78% in the salt test bag. The other's reading 75%.
