General Cigar bombs me!
A few weeks ago I had a XV660 that went south.. not a pretty experience. I contacted General Cigar, and a few days later they asked for some information. Today I received this 'bomb' of sorts. There is a very nice letter and THREE replacement XV660s.. I can't believe it, one would have fixed my delimma but THREE? that is fantastic service in my eyes, thank you to everyone at General Cigar.

Hmmm this is interesting. DO you always contact the company when you get a bad stick? I've never thought about doing that.

General is obviously a BIG company and I don't think I would have expected such a response. I'm impressed! |

Nice fix. It is nice to see general cigar take care of you. If they had sent you one cigar and it was bad - that would have really made things worse. Sending extras is safer.
