New Landlord is Pissed!
So, I move into North Carolina a week or so ago from DC. Getting settled in and getting off to a good start with my new landlord. Then, this evening, just before I get my mailbox fully opened, BLAMMO! Now, no one at this community has a mailbox, landlord is pissed, and I've got blisters on my fingertips. Madman ctiicda nailed me!
