Cigar Reviews that r questionable

Is there a Cigar out there that consistantly gets Bad Reviews but you personally enjoy. I'd have to say for me it is that little Fonseca KDT. I've seen several so so reviews on em and even some bad ones. That little smoke packs some Power and for the Money, ya can't beat it. I'm starting to wonder if some people give bad reviews on smokes to detract people from buying them up. Hey, wait a minute...Maybe I shouldn't be posting this then.

I have a box of KDT's that are smoking pretty nicely right now. The last 3 in a row have had great draws too . Fonsecas do have a slightly peculiar flavor profile, but I like em and they're cheap. Everyone has different tastes, and a few bad reviews can cause others to dislike the cigar before they even try it. The same applies to good reviews, some people decide how good a cigar is based on Cigar Afficianado, rather than their own tastebuds

Really liked the one you gave me at the SD herf.

My experiences with Fonseca hadn't been the most pleasing up till then, but that stick was a nice surprise.

I've had a half-dozen or so KDTs - when they're on they're a great smoke for the price, but a couple have been just so-so.
Personally, i like the Rafael Gonzalez panatella extras - machine bunched/hand rolled short filler for under $2 a stick, and they taste fantastic

I've seen bad reviews for Juan Lopez Corona Gorda and Maria Guerrero Robusto, but I'd never hesitate to buy either. Also Flor de A.Alolones Regordo. All very underrated in my opinion.
