Bundle Storage

Thanks to the devil site I have some bundles coming and not enough humidor space. Since most cigars in bundles are individually wrapped in celophane and then the whole thing is wrapped again, do they need to be stored in a humidifier? Can they be stored in a cool place or am I going to need to become the newest member of the coolidor club?

Re: Bundle Storage

yeah, definetly cooler time, go BIG.

In the meantime, Keep the bundles in double ziplock bags in a cool place until the coolerdor is ready.

I like to break my bundles down and put them in boxes for storage.

Re: Bundle Storage

As I understand it, the outer wrap is plastic so you will want to take it off when you place your cigars in your humidor. I pick up wooden boxes from my B&M for this purpose.

Re: Bundle Storage

Thanks guys. I figured that the coolidor was the case but I figured I would run it up the flag pole just in case. The wooden box idea is good too. I'll have to see if I can get my hands on some.
