Gurkha Avenger G5 ??

Has anyone here tried one of these, opinion? Unfortuantly the devil site has a 5 pack ending today and I can't make a decision

I have heard bad things from some Gurkha lovers... others say good... so a mixed review at best... personally my flavor profile is moving away from Gurkhas... So I would say save your $$

Hmmmm as I usually love them, I may wait on the fiver and round a a single. Couple of other singles I need to try....

I just picked one up yesterday while at my local B&M! I've been looking all over for them! It's "resting" right now, so I can't tell you if it's any good or not, but I imagine it must be even spicier than the G3.

The G3 is another new one to me. So many to try, so little time

I can tell you that the G3s are my favorite Gurkha! But then I like spicy/peppery full bodied cigars. The G3 is spicy from beginning to end. The G5 is called "the father of the G3" so I assume it's just more of the same. But, I also think that Gurkha quality has kind of dropped recently. Don't know why, but the last few I had were just plain bland. And that's with at least two months in the humi at 65%.

Then I have to get a G3, I loves em spicy. Right now I think the 2 favorites are the Kahn (semi hard to find and $$$, but really tasty) and the Regents are creamy and smooth.

Now the regent is one that I've yet to try but at this point, my humidors are both totally out of room. Ah well. Go ahead and pull the trigger on those G5s!

I enjoy Gurkha's, but the G3 wasn't one of my favorites. Let us know how the G5's turn out.
