Fuente Fuente Opus X at MSRP?

How hard is it for everyone to find these at RP? After that question, my next one is how hard is it for your store to keep them on the shelf? My shop sells them at 11.50-14.50 a stick. They have four different boxes with all of them being pretty full. So I feel that I am lucky to have them so close and to not have to rush to purchase them because apparently they aren't flying off the shelf here.

My local shop doesn't get them at all, your prices are good. Do they have anejos or SGs?

We get them here 4 times a year at 4 different local shops but they do fly off the shelf. One store sells for msrp, one keeps them all for his friends, and the other two charge twice retail. Fortunately the shop that charges msrp calls me when he gets them in before they go on the shelf. I only see anejos at Christmas time and they do go fast. Usually only one or two sizes available and never the sharks.

Didn't see the white bottoms of the anejos band. But then again I wasnt really looking too hard for those. Will have to check next time im in Midland. Well if you ever need me to pick some Opus X up for ya I dont mind so you don't have to pay premium. Only thing, I would have to ask for money up front if you purchased a lot. But I will ship them to you for free. Priority with DC and a water pillow to ensure they stay good the whole way through.

They have a whole side that is nothing but Arturo Fuente cigars. They have 4 top and bottom cabinets, and out of the 8 sides all of it is Arturo Fuente. The most that they have of any kind.

HaHa, I'm about 50 miles south of Midland but I have to go there to get groceries so I'm in Hemingway a couple of times a month. I grew up in Odessa so we'll have to get together and burn a few.

Got it, in case you didnt see your PM. Check out my photo gallery of my humi and let me know if those are it. These have a really small gauge on them. So im hoping they are a match so I can help a BOTL out.

I don't know what MSRP is on XX. Saw about half a dozen left in a box in Tuscaloosa this weekend (at Bama game). They had a $19.95 price on them. Retailer did not have any more after that. But he did have 4 boxes of Ashton VSG (4 different sizes), most were $10.95 or $11.95 each. None higher. Brought one of each size, got a 10% discount because the owner remembered that I stop off there when I'm in town. The Opus XX were too pricey for me, especially since I haven't tried one yet. Probably would have purchased one if I hadn't seen the VSGs.

The shop I frequent almost always has Opus X in stock at MSRP. They keep them in one of the lockers in their walk-in humidor and don't make a big deal about it. Anejos and 8-5-8 Sungrowns are a bit harder to come by but, when they're in stock, they are also MSRP.
