For the price, I would definitely try the Padron Londres (Maduro and Natural) - best $2 cigar on the market hands down!

Re: $20 budget for a few good smokes

Great recommendations all around. I'm looking forward to my mini shopping spree Monday afternoon! Also, the "cheap smokes" thread is a good read too. Thanks everyone for your advice.

I've also had quite a few folks PM me for my address. I'm a little worried about this.

Flor de Oliva. They're $2.50 here, which means you can probably get them in SC for under $1.50 a stick. I'd get one each of the maduro & corojo wrappers. Now you've saved enough to get a few $5 smokes.

Are Flor de Oliva and Olive Serie G made by the same folks? Should I favor one over the other, or try one of each?

Yes, same factory. The Flor is their bundle smoke. A step below the O and G series. But all the Oliva's are very tasty smokes.

Try one of each. The Flor de Oliva is the budget cigar of Oliva but still very good. I like the robusto maduro. The cigar has a sweet flavor.

Re: $20 budget for a few good smokes

All righty, then. I'm heading to the B&M after work today and I'll be on the lookout for the following:

CAO-Brazillia
Padron 2000
Camacho Select
Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro
5 Vegas
Oliva Serie G or O
Padron Londres
Flor de Oliva

Any other must have's I should consider?

I have also moved my mailbox to a reinforced bunker 200 feet below ground for safety's sake!

200 feet might not be deep enough.
