Rut Row Shaggy
How do you all go about lighting a shaggy footed cigar? This is one that I've not had personal experience with. Do you just light it up? Is there a special way to toast the foot so it starts on an even burn? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on some and was just curious.

I actually find them easier to light because the uncut wrapper sort of envelops the cigar and seems to make it easier to get an initial even burn. But I've only had a couple shaggies.

My experience with Shaggy's is to light it the same way. I just toast the foot then draw on the cigar and "pull" the flame to it.

Same here-I just tend to hold the lighter a little farther away at first and then move it in as necessary.
