Yes, it is illegal for US Citizens or US Permanent Residents to purchase or smoke cuban cigars period. It doesn't matter where you are.

Yep, I was wrong. Forgive me for thinking that the embargo would have any kind of common sense involved. It is illegal but realistically unenforceable.

How'd it turn out? I know last week was rough, so maybe your celebratory cigar had more than one meaning. Have you been able to get the Annies or is my 'donation' going to have to suffice?

Congratulations on yer prommotion! And definetly a great idea to get the Padrón '64 for celebration. Another great idea has to be this one:
