Mmm, 40 minutes seems a bit quick to me. I usually take about 1 hour to smoke a Robby but may be that's just me. Not sure about the others.
As for the smell on your hands, try Stainless Steel Soap... yes you heard right. I bought one a couple months back. It is basically stainless steel in the shape of a bar of soap which is hollow to cut down the weight.
It is used in kitchens to wash your hands after cutting onions and fish and stuff, works pretty well. Look in a kitchen supply place and if ya can't find one and want one PM me and I'll see if I can send ya one.

I personally use Sen-Sens from time to time. My uncle is an avid cigar smoker, and he always has them around, and I would occasionally get a few packs as candy when I was but a wee lad. Since I recently started smoking cigars, I picked up a few packs, and they're quite nice. An acquired taste, but if you like 'em, you're set.
