Abner's World Cuban Classics

Hi guys! I'm new here although I've been lurking around the posts as of late. I'm a little hesitant to post but I love cigars and so I'll stick my neck out and see what happens.(Please take it easy on me.) I've become interested in Don Pepin recently and while surfing the net I came across another brand Cuban Classics(non-cuban) from Abner's World. Has anyone tried these? I'm looking for a short smoke that's inexpensive. I love the AF Short Stories but they're a little more than I want to pay for an every day smoke.
Thanks for the look and I really enjoy this forum!

I believe I've had a couple of these. Really they're not too bad. Personally I think they're expensive for what you get though. If I were in Philly and I could pick up a few on my way to a place that allows smoking, you bet I'd buy a few more. (I think these are the same cigars sold at the "Black Cat".)

Maybe you want to talk to Uncle Mikey? (www.mrbundles.com) He can set you up with some sticks that are cheaper and IMO, better tasting.

Hey, RT. I've done some digging on Don Pepin Garcia lately. (I'm interested too.) I've found that JJSaxman's store, Top Shelf Cigar Co., has a house brand built by DPG. Compared to Tatuaje, DPG, these are a bit cheaper (roughly around $100/25). I haven't had them but I'm sure you could pick up a sampler from him if you wanted to test the waters. Naturally I'd be interested to hear what you thought of them. I'll probably pick up some down the road anyway.
