Ebay rules say the cigars cannot be for consumption - they are just selling the packaging - So people state that in the auction and at the same time say content have been stored in a 70/70 environment..

I would agree, they have been in cello for how long now. Who even knows if they have been in any type of humi.

I once saw someone selling 25 year old Jack Daniel's in a bottle. It was for collectable purposes to. However I really don't think that whisky would age after coming out of the barrels or would it.
