There's one spot a A. Fuente and a bunch of little ones on a Romeo Y Julieta. I've read about mold and ploom and this doesnt look like either.

If they are raised (like little bumps) then you are looking at "tooth," which usually signals little pockets of flavor in the leaf.

If they are flat, with a white ring, or a green ring, or perhaps just a different shade (lighter or darker) of brown than the wrapper leaf, then it is probably just a "sunspot" on the leaf where a droplet of water caused a slight burn on the leaf in the sun.

Either way, they are harmless (even sought after in the case of tooth). Cameroon & Sumatra are well known for having "tooth."
