Re: CI 'Original Cubans'

Could be just the stage I'm in. I am definitely in the try 'almost' everything stage. I dip in and out of it. I've had all of the above listed sticks <no cremosas>.

Most of these posts above went over my head and I truly couldn't tell some of the sarcasm from..... well true sarcasm. But I'm still getting acclimated to da jungle. I'm sure the light bulb will go off one day and I'll realize what all has been said. [/QUOTE]

Don't worry about the sarcasm... We're all just cigar-slummers, swapping info and stories. Those stupid bananas you see on the left are nothing more than growing piles of bull-berries.

Re: CI 'Original Cubans'

Had to touch this thread for an update. If it is one thing I've never minded is saying when I've been wrong, or even when I think I am wrong. I may have this cigar all wrong.

Did lots of yard work today. Had some hot dogs and chips off the grill for lunch. I had been looking forward to a stogie most of the day. Rather than try something new, which is what I've been doing for about two months now, I thought it about time to retry something. I went back to an 'Original Cubans' stick to see if I still see in it what I saw in it the first time.... Nope.

It sucked. Bland doesn't begin to describe it. Boy do I hate when that happens. Considering I have a bundle of these I'll leave them be for another month or so and try one more time.

So is it bad form if you don't like a stick to trade it or sell it away here to another gorilla if you fully DISCLOSE to them that you are doing so cause you don't like it?

Re: CI 'Original Cubans'

I smoke one from JR'S And it was very good and strong as hell to. It made me dizzy and I go thru a pack of Marlborow reds a day with a few cigars on it, anyways my Dad gave me one and it was very good. I agree stay away from C.I! Try the ones from JR's though.

No. I suggest buying smokes that don't mooch off cuba as a selling point.

Re: CI 'Original Cubans'

I'm beginning to come to that conclusion as well.
