My question. The draw on this is TIGHT! Is that normal for a box-pressed cigar? It doesn't seem plugged - but a very heavy draw.

Part 2 of the question... What is the purpose of the box press?

Thanks!
I've had box pressed cigars the draw hard then the next one draws perfectly. It is said the the world's worst cigar could be setting in the same box right next to the world's best cigar. I have found this to be true.

Shaped cigars are a marketing gimmick (padron 64, bradley trilogy, etc); box pressed cigars are not.

There have been a few people that have complained about the Viejo line and having draw problems. I haven't had a problem with the "R" vitola, but I did with the "E".
