Bill Clinton used to moisten his cigars before smoking them If I rember right. Personally, I just tape a second wrapper of tar paper to mine to increase the smoke volume. I can take a White Owl and make it taste like a Graycliff 1666 that way. Saves me a bundle too.

the best way is to spray it with new car smell and then you also get more of a leather taste.
