The OP liked "sweet capped cigars".  To me, that means cigars that have had the caps dipped in sugar or (so I hear in the case of the Baccarats) have a sweet gum/glue used to make the caps.  You probably won't find that many fans of such things though.  I guess it's personal preference, but it seems like most "serious" smokers absolutely revile sweet caps and flavoured cigars to the point of

I have some Java (Drew Estate) maduro cigars that some people have said (or rather, complained) has a sweetened cap.... I had one last month and did not particularly notice any sweetness, but then again I think I was not tasting the cap much and not wetting it any as I was smoking it (normally I do).  I thought this one I had was borderline awful, but that was probably the freezing weather, as people who like flavored cigars seem to give it good reviews, and I wasn't picking up much flavour from ANY of my cigars during this time.   I fully intend to revisit this one.

I just ordered a sampling of maduro Baccarats myself.  I figured that mild is more my speed, and I like maduros and sweet things, so this was up my alley.  Can't wait to try them, as they're very affordable too.

Actually the Isle del Sol are made by Drew Estates and don't come in a maddie. But it does a sweetened cap and and a Mocha/Coffee taste and aftertaste.

Are you looking for a sweet cap or are you looking for a nice sweet aftertaste? If that's the case, then you may want to check out a Black Onyx, Perdomo Slow Age maddie, Mayorga in H2000 or maduro and the 5 Vegas Serie A. They all have a coffee/mocha taste and a long sweet aftertaste. All of the gars I mentioned are some of my favorite morning coffee cigars.

I guess i need to rephrase my original statement..Sweet aftertase is what i was getting at...Not nesessarily "sugar dipped " cigars...I did order some of the Baccarat Rothschild Maduros , Isla del Sols ( Had them before ) and some of the Rocky Patel Fumas...Good deal on all of them so we'll see what happens................Later JD

Best deals i found was with Cigars International , Cigarplace.biz and cigartown.net
