Another new-ish type of question..

Well,

I was fixing the power steering on my truck yesterday, realized it was getting close to 3, (when the local cigar shop closes) and hurried over to grab me a stick or two for the night. Now, this was the owner's grandson working, so we chatted for a bit, and then I stepped out and put a cigar on the dash(I didn't have the glovebox key on me) I was working on the truck over at a buddy's place, so I didn't have access to the humi, either, so it stayed up there on the dash. I have tinted windows(dunno if that helps anything) but I didn't get to her until around 8 or so, and she didn't taste like the stick she is. Would 4-5 hours sitting in the cello wrapper on a dash, in a cold area, be long enough for that to be the reason?

Also, if it is, how should I travel with my sticks?

It might just've been me, too, I guess..?

Can't imagine what you describe having an effect on the cigar. Summer temps are much more likely to mess with the flavor profile, & we get a lot of that when Mr. Brown delivers our cigars.

Get yourself an otterbox, or something similar. I've left cigars in my otterbox all summer (in the house) & it didn't seem to hurt them.

Re: Another new-ish type of question..

Thanks for the tip man. Well, it's relatively cold yesterday. Around 44 degrees or so. Today, we get snow. Pretty sure it was just last week where we had a 65 degree day, heh.

I'll be pickin one up somewhere in the next week or so.
