Here is one thing NOT to do- put a CONTACT US link that nobody ever checks. Even a company that updates their website often like CAO can be guilty of this. I have sent a couple of messages to the CONTACT names that went unanswered until I followed up with a phone call. Of course CAO is not the only one- but I get very irritated when I realize a month or two down the road, "Hey, that company never answered my question." In the case of CAO, it bit me in the arse as my question was about parts for my Cubist ashtray. When I finally called and talked to somebody, they said they'd send a new ashtray. Then they said they ran out of stock and CAO is no longer making the Cubist. Had they responded to my initial online contact, I'm sure I would have gotten the replacement ash tray before CAO ran out of them. Now I'm just out of luck.

One of the things that is happening with PUFF.com is that Cigar-Review is coming on board. They have a extremly large data base of cigars and reviews from what I understand. Also coming on board is Top 25 Cigars. I think all the info related to PUFF and here at CL will be info that a member has brought to the site. In other words the reviews by members not taken from somehwere else.
