i used some 1/4" lexan from work that i drilled some holes in for ventilation. I have 2 Oust fans in there. i plan on getting some spanish cedar planks soon to use use for the shelves b/c the lexan is starting to bow.

I have a moderately expensive cabinet and three 200 ct desktops, and the cooler does probably a better job than them, ie more maintenance free. A pound of Heartfelt beads in a cooler is all you need. The seal is very tight, and I don't use anything for air circulation in it.
