Anyone know how to contact Drew Estate?

I went to a Liga Privada #9 event recently and purchased a few cigars and get a free one. When I got home I realized the freebie cigar was in bad shape - the whole cap was coming off and exposing the binder.

I was going to contact the B&M but it was not one of their sticks so I'd like to reach out to DE on this. There's no contact info on the Drew Estate website either.

I'm in Atlanta and our rep is Rick Ardito, he's always been a very cool guy when I've seen him and I'm sure if he knew any of the sticks were damaged they wouldn't have gone out.

If you don't get ahold of them, stop on by here and I'll replace it for you.

Yes, it was a very nice offer and when I get over his way I'll definitely stop in and grabbed some sticks to support the local BOTL!

The B&M ended up giving me another stick and told me to keep the 1st one as well. Bummer is that the cap also came off the 2nd stick and I had to take pectin to them.

UPDATE! - I've emailed Drew Estate directly about this twice and have received no response. Once when I got the first stick and once when I got the 2nd stick. The Liga Privada line is not an inexpensive line and I was really surprised the caps just popped off these stogies!

Thanks! I do try to provide the best customer service.

Rick Ardito always takes care of me, so, no problem in me standing behind his product.

Don't feal too bad. I tend to like the Drew Estates and his other lines. But I have found the caps dont stay on worth a flip! Its either cheap glue or the lack there of. I have had caps come off after cutting and even before from them, I usually just roll with the punches and try my best to enjoy it.

That's really a bummer. The LP#9 is not a cheap stick and I really hate the tops popping off of these like they are pill bottles! I've had it happen to 3 of them so far.

Ever had an ACID "Nasty"? they are the Maduro Pyraminds... Every one I have ever had the cap litterally fell off except for maybe 2 or 3. They might as well have not had a cap on it.

If anyone ever gets to talk to a D.E. rep/vendor, express this to them and see what they have to say.
