A difference in Don Pepin Garcia Cigar Bands?

I was just looking through my humidor today and found these:

I was just wondering what the difference might be? I got the one on the left from a bomb GlockG23 sent me, and the one on the right I got off of cbid a couple months ago. I also have a difference on the DPG Blue cigars as well.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me! I'm sure it is nothing big, but still would be interesting to find out. Thanks!

The Blues also underwent a band change.

As the above said its just a new band, the blends are the same. What they didn't tell you was the band on the left is the newer one.

I haven't smoked any DPG's yet but I have a 5pk sampler resting in my humi so I'm glad to here they are still using the original blends. Can't wait to try the JJ Mauduro!

I'm not a big fan of Maduro wrappers. But I had a JJ Maduro in my humi for a while that I couldn't wait to smoke. A couple months ago I light that baby up, and for the first half I was in cigar heaven, the thing was great!!!! The 2nd half it fell flat with no flavor at all and even became harsh toward the nub. Never had a cigar start out so great and then fade so fast Guess I need to try another sometime.
