MC Afrique for Beginners?

I was at my local JR and one of the guys recommended a nice 5pack of Montecristo Afrique Uhuru for $18. He said they are pretty flavorful with hints of chocolate/coffee. How are these for beginners? Are they pretty strong Nicotine wise?

Your thoughts?

Thanks

I'm not sure about the other sizes but I had a few of the 5x48's and they were not very strong. It's been a while since I had one but I was pretty new to cigars when I did smoke them and I do not remember getting a buzz off them. I did't get much chocolate out of them but they are very well made and worth trying in my opinion.

I agree and say go for them as well. Don't think that they are very strong.

Re: MC Afrique for Beginners?

Oh gawd, I love them. This is my 3rd or so post tonight about them. I was definitely tasting the chocolate all throughout the cigar from beginning to end. The ash was quite remarkable too, lasting about 3 inches or half of the cigar (I have the Jambo Jambo's). Probably my new favorite cigar. Towards the last third, it hinted at pipe-tobacco sweetness. I found it very difficult to put it down. Enjoy!
