The great opus x ?

If this is a old question i am sorry. I was curious how i see a lot of members on here with boxes of opus. But the only thing i seem to be ablke to get my hands on is the tin of 3 or singles. I live in arizona in avondale and only know of one store that even sells them. If any others could help me out here i would appreciate it. I have been to casa fuente they have them there but i dont want to have to remorgage the house for a box

It usually takes a personal relationship with your B&M to score a box of Opus.



Good Luck and maybe call a few of the bigger Companies who have both an online store and Storefront.

Have also heard good things about The Party Source

Dont know if they will sell a box.

The elusive Opus cigar. Ssutton is pretty much on track if this is a cigar you would like to try,,,smoke one first before buying a box,,,course even if you didn't like it you could sell em pretty quick to get your money back.

The Party Source doesnt have them... but for some reason they are all over here in Columbus.. I guess they aren't too popular here? oh well more for me!!

Boxes are going to be pricey anywhere. Try to score some in a WTB here or keep an eye out on Emerson's of Norfolk.

In my whole big life, I think I've actually seen ONE box of Opus X. Bill (GlockG23) loves to taunt me with them on here, but irl, only once.

That's exactly how the inventory was last time I was in town. I kept thinking "hard to find?! pftt!" Then I came back to Maryland.

And to the OP, I've come to notice this is one of those cigars where you have to really know someone or be a really good customer to score a box in-store.

Cigar Town, in Reston VA has a ton of Opus X, as well as GoF, and Don Carlos Anniversiros, which I have been hard to find here in Baltimore. Its about an hour drive, but it can be worth it. They also told me that they are happy to ship.

How much are they marked up though? I'm guessing if they keep them in stock, they are way overpriced.

I've seen them marked up to $30+ at B&M's however there was one in Pittsburgh where I was able to buy some singles for approximately list price as long as I joined their monthly cigar club. Good deal!
