Question Input on Perdomo Fresh-Rolled Cuban Wheels

I come to this vast forum of knowledge seeking enlightenment.

Has anyone tried the Perdomo Fresh-Rolled Cuban Wheels from the Devil Site? I’d like to get some feedback from someone that’s tried them.

I got some of the double corona's awhile back. I totally forgot about them, and found them hiding in my humidor when I seen this post. I might smoke one here in a bit. Just gotta eat something first!

Re: Input on Perdomo Fresh-Rolled Cuban Wheels

I've smoked the better part of a wheel of the torpedos. I like them fresh, but suspect that most smokers will prefer them aged a little. The draw is a little loose (surprising because they arrive pretty wet) and they do have some burn problems (but tend to be self correcting). Because I like the freshness of them, I store the wheel separate from my other smokes and keep the humidy around 70% (my others I keep at 65%). I've found them to be medium bodied.

From time to time cbid lists 5 packs ... Watch for them and give them a try. At under $2 a stick, I plan on keeping some on hand until I tire of them.
