Re: "Flight" Samplers

Fair enough! In the world of wine tasting, a flight is a sampler designed to allow you to taste a set of wines for the purposes of comparison, whether it be a specific varietal (Cabernet, Temperanillo, Syrah, etc.), region (Sonoma, Bordeaux, Medoc, Napa, etc.), manufacturer, body, vintage (year)...anything, really. The most important thing is that there is a common thread among all the wines presented.

Same thing with flight samplers. Could be all the same manufacturer, or it could be all the same body & price range, as Famous does it: Famous Flight Club | Famous Smoke Shop

Hope this helps!

Yes it did! Thanks very much, part of me thought that maybe it was a holdover from the days when smoking was allowed on airplanes...but that seemed a bit of a stretch. Thanks for clearing up my confusion.
